Did you know that the Los Angeles Police Department has a dedicated group of mentors that are actual Police Officers? Your mentors are available Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 5:00 pm. Mentors may additionally be available on Fridays, weekends and after business hours to help you succeed by:
- Providing info about recruitment events where your specific issues may be addressed
- Assisting in filling out documentation and preparing for test parts
- Helping you prepare for the Police Academy
- Providing information regarding what to expect as an LAPD Police Officer
- Answering any additional questions you may have
